Butlins Skegness has a large caravan park, all the caravans (approx' 700) are privately owned,  some owners hire their caravans out which means guests can use the same facilities as the guests who hire the apartments directly from Butlins but at a much lower price.

    We have stayed at the caravan village our the past 5 holidays, and can honestly say that they are great value for money, plus you have a guaranteed parking space and no noisy neighbours above or below you! - we stayed in Butlins own accomodation for over 7 yrs. Its an ideal 'home from home'. The caravans are always clean and tidy, an excellent service, thankyou.
